Characteristics and dimensions of the chain-link mesh

- corresponds to TU U-322-288-11-95, TU 14-4-1788-96, or GOST 5336-80;

Types of coating on the chain-link
- wire mesh galvanized,
- chain-link mesh with polyvinyl chloride (PVC),
- the grid the chain-link galvanized with polyvinylchloride.
The density of zinc on a galvanized chain-link is 35-90 g/m2. The larger the diameter, the higher the density of zinc.
Sea air, acid rain, ammonia from manure pits, which turns into nitric acid, easily destroy the zinc layer on the metal.
For use in such harsh environments, we supply chain-link with a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) coating. In order for polyvinyl chloride not to crack in frost up to 30 degrees and not fade in the sun, special additives must be added to it.
We recommend Kazachka® chain-link mesh with a polymer coating of Ukrainian production from exactly the same PVC, which is imported from Europe and has a frost resistance of over 30 degrees.
Netting mesh rolls, packaging
We supply rolls with a length of 10m (other lengths are available on request).
The standard roll height is 1.5m. Under the order from 1 to 4 m.
The ends are packed in thick paper or polyethylene and tied crosswise.

Wicker mesh strength
can be measured by the weight of a square meter.
After all, strength depends on the amount of metal in it, on wire diameter and cell size.
The less metal, the less weight, strength and price.
After all, 70-80% of the price of a wicker mesh is the price of metal.
We have checked the diameters with some of the major private netting manufacturers.
Most of the manufacturers use wire 0.15-0.2 mm less than indicated in the documents.
If you compare the price of a mesh 50x2.0, which is made by private manufacturers with a factory-made mesh according to GOST 5336-80, then you need to compare it with a factory-made mesh chain-link 50 * 1.8. They will be, + - the same, in most cases, despite the fact that the diameters in the price list are different.
This is the situation today in this uncontrolled market.
Now compare.
A running meter Ø 2.0 mm weighs 0.02466 g.
A running meter Ø 1.8 mm weighs 0.01997 g.
The wicker mesh is made of 1.8 mm and has 24.5% metal!!! lighter than those made from 2.0 mm.
In the mesh produced in accordance with GOST, too, with the help of tolerances, it is possible to reduce the price by reducing the amount of metal in it.
GOST 5336-80 limits these tolerances:
- Cells: up to 10% positive deviation of the average size is allowed.
- Web width: limit deviations:

If you plan to put the chain-link mesh into the card from the corner, then you need to bring the mesh, and then cook the frame from the corner.

Alternative to the chain-link mesh for the fence
A mesh fence can be made cheaper by reducing the amount of metal in the mesh. You can make the mesh lighter if the cells are narrow at the bottom and large at the top.
This problem is solved by the mesh of TM Kazachka and TM Uzelfix.
It can replace both budget nets, making the fence even cheaper, and the chain-link mesh with thick wire, getting the mesh cloth even more powerful and cheaper,
