Brief production technology of construction nails
Raw materials for production - wire GOST 3282-74 . The wire is made from low-carbon wire rod St3KP(PS.SP), St0M or St1KP(PS).

- cutting a measured piece of wire with the formation of a tip,
- packaging.
At this stage , building nails are shipped to the buyer with oil residues on the metal and parts of the chipping, which is formed during the production process. Thanks to this, the price of building nails is lower.
At the request of buyers, building nails are cleaned in tumbling drums. The process is called "tumbling". After tumbling, the surface is clean.
