Grid classification
The grid corrugated has square cells and rectangular cells.
According to the type of corrugation, the mesh is produced:
CR - partially corrugated mesh, in which the weft wire ( across the mesh fabric) is corrugated at the weave, and the warp wire ( along the mesh fabric) is not zigrated;
R - corrugated mesh, in which the warp and weft wires are corrugated at the places of weaving;
SR is a complex corrugated (canned) mesh, in which the warp and weft wires have corrugations in the places of interlacing and additional corrugations on the sides of the cell. A complexly corrugated mesh is called a canned mesh. The name "calvined mesh" occurs.
Kanilirovanny mesh - this name has been fixed, first of all, in the construction industry and among manufacturers of fence cards.
Mesh designation corrugated
In shipping documents, the corrugated mesh is indicated by the letters
- CR - partially corrugated .
- R - corrugated .
- SR - complexly corrugated .
The numbers following the letters indicate in mm the size of the cell, the diameter of the wire, the size of the card (height x length).
Grid complex-corrugated (kanilirovannaya)
The cell size of the canned mesh is from 18x18mm to 110x110mm.
The shape of the cells is both square and rectangular.
Wire diameter 3-6mm.
The canned mesh is not cheap, and there is no need to reduce its cost by reducing the strength characteristics.

- for screening bulk materials of various fractions. For example, corrugated mesh P 5x2.2 is used in the production of crushed stone, other meshes are used for screening ferrous ores of non-ferrous and ferrous metals, pellets, coke, oil shale, sinter, coal, lump building materials.
- corrugated mesh for fastening mountain and mine workings;
- canned mesh for fencing garden plots and tennis courts, etc.;
- corrugated for reinforcing reinforced concrete structures with irregular strength;

Corrugated Mesh Packing
Cards with sizes:
- maximum card width - 2.0 m,
- the maximum card length is 5.0 m.
Cards are made of any width and length within the specified limits, with a multiplicity of 500 mm.
Cards are tied into packages of 40 and 60 pieces. The weight of the package must not exceed 1500 kg. Corrugated mesh can be supplied oiled.

Knowing the weight of the canned and corrugated mesh, it is possible to control the diameter of the wire and the cell size of these meshes.
Production is carried out in accordance with GOST 3306-88, TU U 28.7-00191046-018-2004, TU U 14-2-1212-98, TU U 322-00191264.012-2001 from low-carbon wire and high-carbon wire of various diameters, which is preliminarily corrugated.
This type of grid is not certified in Ukraine (see letter) .
