Fused welding flux in bags can be bought by self-delivery from Zaporozhye or with delivery to any city in Ukraine. Fast and expensive flux delivery can be arranged by Nova Poshta. If time suffers, then it will be much cheaper to wait 5-10 days. Our logistician will find and check a passing car. A contract for the transportation of welding flux will be concluded between Metiza-94 and the owner of the machine only if all the recommendations and documents are in order.
Brands of welding fluxes:
- High-silicon manganese fluxes AN-348-A, OSC-45M, AN-348-AM
- Medium silicon medium manganese flux AN-47, AN-47D, AN-47DP
- High-silicon high-manganese flux AN-348-APM, AN-60, AN-60M
- Medium silicon low manganese fluxes AN-20S, AN-26S, AN-26P
- OSC-45, ANTs-1A, AN-67
Flux welding on color can differ in different batches. But it ranges from light brown to dark brown. The exception is welding flux , which is gray in color. Therefore, it is advisable to call and specify the color of the flux.
Flux price for PE "Metizy-94" and delivery in Ukraine
The price in the price lists is indicated in UAH with VAT . You can buy welding flux from one bag. Flux welding is packed into a polypropylene bag. Depending on the brand of flux, the bag can be 50 kg or 30 kg. We make delivery throughout Ukraine - Vinnytsia, Kropyvnytskyi, Poltava, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Rivne, Kherson, Sumy, Cherkasy, Zaporozhye, Nikolaev, Chernihiv, Odessa, Kyiv. Our logistician checks the transport company and concludes a contract only with a verified carrier.
Specifications and application of welding flux
Welding flux AN-47 is manufactured according to TU U 05416923.049-99
Class according to DIN 32522 (EN 760), FMS I 66 AC 12 HP7 2-28
The welding flux is intended for arc welding of low-alloy steels of increased strength of the type 09G2, 09G2S, 10KhSND, as well as other grades of low-alloy and non-alloy carbon steels with low-alloy welding wires of grades SV-08GA, SV-08G2S, SV-08MH, SV-08KhM, SV-08NM, S2, S2Mo and others.
It is ideal for highly critical structures, including large-diameter gas and oil pipelines made of X60, X65, X70 steels, bridge structures, thick-walled reactor columns, where it provides not only high impact strength of the weld metal at sub-zero temperatures, but also high resistance to brittle fracture in an aggressive chemical environment.
The neutral nature of the flux ensures high purity of the weld metal for non-metallic inclusions, the flux increases the resistance of the welds of thick-walled vessels to destruction under low-cycle loading in an aggressive environment.
Flux welding AN-47D, AN-348AP
manufactured according to TU U 05416923.049-99 by the latest method of double refining of the flux melt.
Thus, the basic parameters of the flux are preserved in accordance with GOST 9087, but the bulk density of the flux is reduced and the content of sulfur and phosphorus in the fluxes AN-348-A and AN-47 is reduced, which makes it possible to use these flux grades for circumferential, longitudinal and spiral welding of gas-oil pipes at speeds over 100m/h.
Welding fluxes AN348A and AN348AM
Welding fluxes AN-348A, AN-348AM are designed for automatic and semi-automatic welding and surfacing of carbon non-alloyed and low-alloyed steels with carbon and low-alloyed welding wire grades Sv-08, Sv-08GA, S1, S2.
Welding fluxes ANTs-1A and ANTs-1P
designed for automatic and semi-automatic welding of general purpose structures made of carbon non-alloyed and low-alloyed steels - construction, bridge, ship, chemical engineering, as well as spiral-seam pipes, pipelines, tanks and other metal structures
They are used in combination with unalloyed and low-alloyed welding wires of grades SV-08, SV-08GA, SV-08KhM, SV-08NM, S1, S2, S2Mo and others.
(FMS 1 78 AC 10 2-28)
The average content of the main components:
40% SiO, 33% MnO, 4% CaF, 12% (CaO + MgO + AlO)
Melted welding flux OSC-45
designed for mechanized arc welding of carbon non-alloyed and low-alloyed shipbuilding steels, as well as imported steels such as H11 / H111, 17Mn4, StE255, 15Mo3, StE355, in combination with wire grades SV-08, SV-08Ga, S1, S2, S2Mo.
Class according to DIN 32522 (EN 760): F MS 1 77 AC 12 HP7 3-40
Welding fluxes AN-348V, AN-348VM
designed for automatic and semi-automatic welding and surfacing of carbon non-alloyed and low-alloyed steels with carbon and low-alloyed welding wire.
