An expanded metal sheet was produced according to TU 36-26.11-5-89 (instead of the obsolete GOST 8706-58), according to TU U 271-13625948-002:2006 by cutting and drawing from cold-rolled, hot -rolled, galvanized sheet . After cutting and stretching, the sheet falls under the press, where it is given a flat plane.

Sheet width, mm: 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1250.
Cell pitch 90 mm and 110 mm.
The length of the sheet is unmeasured - 2 - 3.5 m or measured pieces according to your order within 2-3.5 m.
Up to 10% of pieces less than 2 m long are allowed in a batch.

The cells of the sheet are arranged so that the wider diagonal is located across the PVL.

Specifications for expanded metal sheet

Expanded sheet has tolerances:

• Sheet width +/- 10 mm.
• The length of the sheet is +/-25 mm.
• Cut corner - no more than 1.5 ^o.
• Flaws, stress cracks should have a length of no more than 2 mm.
• By the size of the drawing, feed, step, cell length is not controlled and is provided by the parameters of the cutting tool.
• The sheet may have an impenetrable section, it must be specified in the order. If this is not important for you, then it will be of such a size that the previous client was satisfied.
• The sheet is made from sheet carbon steel according to State Standard 14637-89 grades St3kp, St3sp and St3ps according to GOST 380-88 with a thickness of 4.0 mm, 5.0 mm and 6.0 mm. By agreement with the buyer, it is allowed to manufacture PVL from other brands.
• The sheet is stored, like any other rolled metal, both in closed warehouses and in open areas. The sheet can be transported in an open rolling stock.

Dimensions, weight, values of limit loads of expanded metal
