Grid conveyor cable (woven)
Base : stainless wire cords or strands of 2, 3 or 4 cords placed side by side.
Weft : stainless wire from non-heat-treated wire d1.5 mm, or with a heat-treated diameter of 0.6; 0.7; 0.9; one; 1.2 mm.
Material : stainless steel grades 12X18H10T, 12X18H9T, AISI321, AISI304. Not thermally treated, light annealed or pickled thermally treated.
Specifications : TU 14-4-460-88.
The main application of the mesh conveyor cable (woven) in the chemical and food industries: conveyor belts for belt conveyors, dryers and units, in the chemical and food industries.

Spiral-rod (woven) conveyor mesh
Steel: stainless grade 12X18H9T, 12X18H10T, 12X18H9, 12X18H10, AISI321, AISI304, nichrome X15H60, X20H80, low carbon.

Glazing conveyor mesh

Conveyor glazing mesh is a series of repeating weft wires of periodically bent shape, which are intertwined with each other, forming rectangular cells. In order for the canvas of the glazing mesh not to stretch on the sides, it has special bends.
We supply glazing mesh from the German manufacturer Märtens Transportbänder GmbH. It is of high quality and long service life.
Technical parameters of the glazing mesh
Roughness level Rz≤3 µm, Ra≤1 µm. This low level of roughness results in a high mesh throughput as well as high washability.
Used wire for glazing mesh:
Spring steel 1.1211 (AISI 1060)
It has excellent mechanical characteristics and long service life.
Temperature range: -10°C...+70°C.
Ø: 0.90; 1.00; 1.25; 1.40; 1.60; 1.80 mm
Stainless steel 1.4310 (AISI 302)
Compared to AISI 304, it contains more carbon, improving mechanical properties and making the service life longer.
Temperature range: -50°C...+250°C.
Ø: 1.00; 1.25; 1.40; 1.60; 1.80; 2.35; 2.80 mm
Special alloy spring and stainless steel K2390
is an alloy unmatched by other manufacturers, which has both corrosion resistance and excellent mechanical characteristics, providing a much longer service life. Also, this steel has a high resistance to the action of fructoic acids and alkalis.
Temperature range: -80°C...+280°C.
Ø: 1.00; 1.25; 1.40; 1.60; 1.80; 2.35mm
We do not supply low-carbon steel glazing mesh, as it is not able to ensure the normal operation of the conveyor.
The main application of the glazing conveyor mesh : as a conveyor belt on belt conveyors for baking on mesh hearths and sheets of confectionery and bakery products, glazing confectionery (sweets, biscuits, cakes) and bakery products, supplying glass, tin and plastic containers, packaging products in shrink film, washing, drying, smoking, blanching, cooling, frying, freezing, thawing, soldering, tempering, hardening, to replace rubber conveyor belts or belts made of other non-metallic materials - with wire conveyor nets.
The structure of the conveyor glazing mesh: repeating weft rods are intertwined with each other, forming rectangular cells.
The cell size of the glazing conveyor mesh is characterized by the pitch between the rods and the interlacing points of the two rods.
To increase the tensile strength, the conveyor glazing mesh may have smaller intermediate cells.
