Filter mesh : stainless steel grades 12X18H10T, AISI304, low carbon.
GOST 3187-76.
Characteristics of woven filter (filter) mesh:
The filter mesh has no cells in the light and is characterized by the diameter of the warp and weft wires, the number of wires per 1 dm and the type of weave.
The diameter of the warp wire can vary from 0.18 to 1.2 mm weft - from 0.12 to 0.7 mm.
The number of wires per 1 dm of woven filter mesh is indicated in the designation of the filter mesh, depends on the diameter of the wire and varies from 24 to 200.
Next, consider the differences between meshes for plain, twill and twill double-weave filters .
Woven filter mesh

In the case of plain weave, the warp wires, located at a certain distance from each other, are intertwined with the weft wires through one.
Woven filter mesh

In the case of twill weave, the warp wires, located at a certain distance from each other, are intertwined with the weft wires after two.
Mesh filter stainless twill weave double-sided
(with zero cells) LED type. The warp wires, located at a certain distance from each other, are intertwined alternately through two with weft wires located close to each other.
Application of filter mesh: for filtration of gases, air, liquids, as well as for drying.
Filter mesh quality
The filter mesh should not have gaps in the wires, broken wires. The number of local single fractures should not exceed five per 1 m 2 for group 2 and three for group 2.
The number of spliced ends of wire, loops, twists, ticks per 1 m 2 of filter mesh should not exceed for filter meshes of low-carbon wire of groups 1 and 2 and for meshes of high-alloyed wire of group 2:
9 - for grids No. 24-90;
13 - for grids No. 100-200.
For grids of the 1st group of high-alloyed wire:
6 - for grids No. 24-90;
10 - for grids No. 100-200.
Permissible gap between the wires - 0.1 mm
You can view more detailed requirements for a mesh for filters in the extracts from GOST.
You can buy a filter mesh with delivery to your warehouse throughout Ukraine. If the filter mesh you have chosen is in stock, we will send it to you within 1-2 days after payment, or we will agree on the terms if it needs to be manufactured.
Mesh for filters from PE Metizy-94 is produced in the factory in compliance with all norms and requirements. You can be sure of the quality of this filter mesh!
An example of the designation of a filter mesh
Grid shopping mall P 56/400-0.40/0.28 N/W 1300
P - plain weave;
The mesh for filters is characterized by the number of warp and weft wires per 1 dm. There are no cells as such (“zero cell”)
56/400 - the number of wires per 1 dm (10 cm);
56 - the number of warp wires (along the mesh web);
400 - the number of weft wires (across the mesh web);
0.40 / 0.28 - wire diameter,
where:
0.40 is the diameter of the warp wires;
0.28 is the diameter of the weft wires;
N / W - stainless;
1300 mesh width in mm, if the width of the mesh for filters is 1 m (this is the majority), then there are no designations after N / W.
