IT'S IMPORTANT TO KNOW! When installing, a hole for a pole must be made below the freezing level of the ground. And the reason for this is the property of the soil during freezing. The soil increases in volume, this effect is called "soil heaving". Swelling occurs due to the presence of moisture. The map of soil freezing in the figure on the left will help you.

Technologies for the production of concrete pillars for fences and trellises
Production technology - vibrocasting method using M-250 or M-300 concrete. To impart high water-resistant and frost-resistant qualities, plasticizer additives are used.
Main stages: preparation of molds, mixture preparation, molding on a vibrating table, holding (drying) of pillars in molds, stripping products, packaging and storage.
In the steaming chambers, the poles are subjected to hydrothermal treatment, that is, steaming. Steaming accelerates hardening, increases strength by 10-15%.
Concrete columns up to 3 meters high are reinforced with VR-1 wire with a diameter of 4 mm or 5 mm.

It takes 28 days in the warm season to gain strength acceptable for transportation, and longer in winter. If you ship it earlier, then along the way the poles may burst from vibration.
