Mesh Kazachka® lightweight is the cheapest galvanized wire fence mesh.

This mesh has become the cheapest fence mesh due to the fact that:

• the price of the Kazachka® mesh, lightened, is lower than the price of the mesh Chain-link, made of wire of the same diameter,
• the design of this mesh allows you to install poles every 4-6 meters (2-2.5 m for a chain-link fence)

Such a large distance between the posts is because the mesh fabric consists of rows of wire, which are interconnected by transverse wires using hinged nodes.

With the help of such nodes, it is possible to form cells at the bottom of the mesh web that are narrower (5 cm) than at the top (20 cm). In between, the height of the cells is 10 and 15 cm. At the bottom, the mesh will not let hares, chickens and small animals through, and at the top of large animals and people. All cells have the same width of 15 cm (on request 30 cm).

The main difference between the Uzellfix mesh and the lightweight Kazachka mesh is the material from which the mesh is made and the method of production.
The Uzelfiz mesh is made of high-carbon wire dm. 2.5mm, the tensile strength of which is 2 times higher than that of the low-carbon wire from which the lightweight mesh is made.

The Uzelfix mesh is produced by connecting solid longitudinal and transverse wires with a fixing knot, so even if one of the threads breaks, the knot will not allow it to unravel.

Another feature of this mesh is that it is produced using the Uzelfix system, this is a method of attaching longitudinal and transverse wires to each other with a piece of soft wire. This system is so reliable that even in the unlikely event of wire breakage, the mesh will not unravel.

That is why Uzelfix® mesh is often called forest mesh, animal mesh, farmer mesh. After all, it is also used to protect the planting of young trees in order to protect them from animals that love to feast on young trees.

That is why, when there are suggestions that wild boars will tear the lightweight Kazachka mesh, we offer you the Uzelfix mesh. Also for these purposes, we supply chain-link mesh with a height of 3-4 meters , with a cell of 75 mm from 3 mm wire. A 75 mm cell significantly reduces the cost of the chain-link mesh, and a 3 mm wire gives it greater strength.

A simple calculation shows that the price of the Kazachka® lightweight mesh is almost 2 times cheaper than the price of a similar the chain-link mesh.

But the low price of Kazachka® lightweight mesh is not everything. To install a fence made of Kazachka® lightweight mesh, it is necessary to install posts not every 2.5-3 m, but every 4-5 meters. This is an additional savings to the low price of the Kazachka® lightweight mesh.

The price of Kazachka® lightweight mesh is significantly affected by transportation costs. To calculate transport costs, you will need to calculate the volume of rolls and know the weight of the rolls. When transporting hinged mesh, transport companies calculate the price of transportation based primarily on the volume that the mesh occupies in the car.

To calculate the volume of the mesh, consider that the diameter of the mesh roll will be 35 cm. If you buy 1000 meters of linear mesh with a height of 1.3 m, then the volume that it will occupy will be calculated as follows:

1. calculate the number of rolls - 1000/50= 20.
2. Calculate the volume occupied by rolls 20x0.35x0.35*1.3=3.185.

Other roll sizes may vary slightly. this is due to the peculiarities of the production technology. For example, with a greater tension of the wire, the mesh roll will have a smaller diameter, with a smaller one - a larger one.
