General properties of galvanized fence posts Kazachka ®
Fence posts Kazachka® are the most durable galvanized fence posts. There are also non-galvanized Cossack poles with powder paint on sale.
- Iron fence posts are galvanized for corrosion protection. The density of zinc is up to 320 g/m 2 . For comparison: on the chain-link mesh, the density of zinc is 50 g/m2. This coating is sufficient for the operation of poles for more than 50 years .
- Rail steel has a tensile strength and yield strength more than twice that of mild steel.
- They have a T or Y profile which increase bending resistance .
U-shaped metal fence post Kazachka®
This type of Kazachka® pole has a three-pronged star-shaped cross section.
The width of the faces is one -35 mm, two -20mm;
steel thickness - 4 mm (+/-0.3 mm).
On sale galvanized metal posts for the fence height:
- 2 m, weight 3.6 kg;
- 2.5m, weight 4.5kg;
- 2.525m, weight 4.6kg;
- 2.725m, weight 5.06 kg;
- 3.025, weight 5.6kg,
as well as non-galvanized metal bollards with powder paint for fence height:
- 2.525m, weight 4.6 kg;
- 3.025, weight 5.6 kg.
At fence posts 2.525m, 2.725m, 3.025m high, the upper end of the post ends with a recess for attaching barbed wire .

U-shaped poles are tied in 10 pieces. Keep in mind when transporting that 200pcs. occupy 20x80cm.
The characteristic differences of the Cossack® U-shaped column are:
- holes located along the length of the post, which are designed for attaching the mesh and tensioning the trellis or barbed galvanized wire. The location of the holes on the poles is shown in the diagram .
- a pointed end that makes it easy to drive a fence post into the ground.

Support poles Kazachka®
Kazachka® metal support poles are used in combination with TM Kazachka Y-shaped poles. Are intended for creation of a reliable support at construction of fences and protections.
Due to their design, the support poles are attached to the fence posts, providing increased durability of the entire structure. The end of the pole is notched and bent, holes are drilled in it for attachment to Y-shaped poles.
Characteristics of supporting pillars Kazachka®

- tensile strength 841 H/mm2;
- weight 2.15kg;
- supporting poles are connected by 10pcs. The bundle takes about 9x3cm.
The supporting pillars of Kazachka® should be concreted to the depth of soil freezing, to prevent the pillars from being pushed out of the ground due to frost heaving. More about installation .
The support pole is attached to the U-shaped poles on two or one side with a set of fasteners from an M6x25 bolt, an M6 nut, and two enlarged M6x18 washers.
Metal post Kazachka® T-shaped
T-shaped column Kazachka® , designed for driving into the ground without concreting.
- Height 2 m.
- Weight 3.75 kg.
- Edge thickness: one 4 mm and two 3 mm.
- Facet width: one 20 mm and two with a total width of 35 mm.
- T-shaped poles are connected by 5pcs. 200pcs occupy about 80x40cm.

At the bottom of the post has a steel plate that acts as a stabilizer. It reduces the swinging of the post in the ground when it is driven into the ground without concreting.
The metal plate is 19cm long and 8cm wide. Even a non-concrete post will hold firmly in the ground. Thanks to this, you can change the location of the fence as you wish.
Along the length of the post with a gap of about 4 cm, there are special protrusions (spikes) for easy attachment to wire and mesh posts.
Thanks to the protrusions, the Kazachka® T-pillar can be used in vineyards or orchards to anchor plants.
