What is an aggressive environment?
Aggressive environments in which it is best to use a woven Kazachka mesh with a polymer coating 25x25x1.6 / 2.5 include areas near the sea, and also pig farms. Under such conditions of use, the usual galvanized chain-link mesh will begin to rust much faster, since the rate of destruction of zinc here is 7 times greater than under normal conditions.
PVC coating allows you to protect the wire from destruction and a fence made of such a wicker mesh Kazachka 25x25x1.6 / 2.5 in PVC will last much longer from a conventional galvanized mesh Chain-link.
Polymer-coated woven mesh 25x25x1.6/2.5 mm is supplied in rolls.
The height of the mesh roll can be up to 4 meters.
We give a 7-year guarantee for the Kazachka wicker mesh with a polymer coating 25x25x1.6/2.5 mm.
The wicker mesh 25x25x1.6/2.5 mm is coated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with special additives, thanks to which the chain-link 25x25x1.6/2.5, unlike the usual mesh Chain-link with PVC, retains its marketable appearance longer, does not fade in the sun, does not break in the cold. Cheaper Polymer Coated Netting is covered with conventional cable PVC.
Our woven Cossack mesh in PVC withstands frost up to 30 degrees.
The price of a wicker mesh Cossack 25x25x1.6 / 2.5 with a polymer coating is higher than the usual galvanized mesh Chain-link or plasticized mesh Chain-link, but the wicker mesh Cossack with PVC 25x25x1.6 / 2.5 will last longer.
