Wire low-carbon OK

1. Wire diameter 0.2 mm.
Wire OK 0.2 mm is subjected to heat treatment, it is also called knitting.
Maximum deviation in diameter: -0.02 mm.
Temporary tensile strength - 290-490 N / mm 2 .
Relative elongation - not less than 15 percent.
Supplied in skeins of 10-20 kg packed in oiled paper or polyethylene.
2. Wire diameter 0.3 mm.
Wire 0.3 mm can be heat-treated and untreated.
Knitting wire 0.3 mm can also be galvanized. In the case of galvanizing, the zinc density must be at least 10 g/m 2 .
Temporary tensile strength - 290-490 N / mm 2 .
Tensile strength - 690 - 1370 N / mm 2 .
Relative elongation - not less than 15%.
The standard provides for a diameter tolerance of -0.02 mm.
Knitting wire 0.3 mm is used for the manufacture of woven mesh. For these purposes, both galvanized and uncoated OK 0.3 mm wire can be used.
Also, the wire is used for linking small parts.
Wire 0.3 mm is supplied in small coils of 10-20 kg, packed in oiled paper or polyethylene.
3. Wire diameter 0.4 mm.
Wire 0.4 mm can be annealed and unannealed. Knitting wire 0.4 mm can be galvanized.
Maximum deviation in diameter - no more than 0.03 mm.
Tensile strength of thermally untreated wire 0.4 mm - 690 - 1370 N / mm 2 .
Tensile strength of tie wire 0.4mm:
- non-galvanized 290-490 N/mm 2 .
- galvanized 340 - 540 N / mm 2 .
The density of zinc is 0.4 mm, not less than 15 g/m 2 .
Supplied in skeins of 10-20 kg. Weight of coils of galvanized wire 0.4 mm - 2-5 kg. Coils are packed in oiled paper or polyethylene:
A woven mesh is made from 0.4 mm knitting wire . Also, small parts are tied with a 0.4 mm wire.
4. Wire diameter 0.5 mm.
Diameter tolerance is not more than 0.04 mm.
Can be heat treated and unannealed.
Knitting galvanized wire 0.5 mm must contain at least 20 g / m 2 zinc on its surface.
Tensile strength of binding wire 0.5 mm - 290 - 490 N/ mm2 (galvanized - 340 - 540 N/ mm2 )
Tensile strength of unannealed wire - 690 - 1270 N / mm 2 .
When heated, knitting wire can lengthen by 15%.
Used for the manufacture of woven mesh, as well as for linking small parts.
Packed wire OK 0.5 mm annealed and thermally raw in coils of 10-20 kg. The mass of coils of galvanized wire is 2-5 kg.
Coils are wrapped with paper and polymer film.
5. Wire diameter 0.6mm
Can be heat treated and unannealed. Knitting wire 0.6 mm can also be galvanized.
The density of zinc on the surface is not less than 30 g/m 2 .
Mechanical properties of wire OK 0.6 mm:
- Temporary tear resistance:
- knitting wire - 290 - 490 N / mm 2 .
- annealed galvanized - 340 - 540 N / mm 2
- thermally untreated wire 0.6 mm - 690 - 1270 N / mm 2 .
2. Relative elongation - not less than 15%.
Diameter tolerance - no more than 0.04 mm.
They are used for the manufacture of metal meshes, for linking various parts.
Supplied in skeins of 15-20 kg. Coils of 0.6 mm wire are packed in paper and plastic film.
6. Wire diameter 0.7 mm.
Wire OK 0.7 mm can be heat-treated and unannealed.
Annealed wire can also be coated with zinc. The amount of zinc on the surface of such wire OK 0.7 mm is not less than 30 g/m 2 .
Diameter tolerance - no more than 0.04 mm.
Tensile strength of annealed wire OK 0.7 mm: 290-490 N/mm 2 .
Tensile strength of wire OK 0.7 mm galvanized - 340-540 N / mm 2 . But the resistance to rupture of wire OK 0.7 mm non-galvanized and non-annealed - 690-1270 N / mm 2 .
The relative elongation of the heat-treated wire OK 0.7 mm is not less than 15%.
Deliveries are made in coils. The mass of coils of wire OK 0.7 mm - 15-20 kg.
The coils are packed in oiled paper and polyethylene.
Used for binding various parts, as well as for the production of metal meshes.
7. Wire diameter 0.8mm
May be heat treated, or may be untreated.
Knitting wire can also be coated with zinc. The specific density of zinc on the surface in this case is not less than 30 g/m 2 .
The maximum deviation in wire diameter is 0.8 mm, not more than 0.04 mm.
The mechanical properties of low-carbon wire 0.8 mm are as follows:
- relative elongation of the annealed wire 0.8 mm - no more than 15%.
- breaking resistance:
- knitting wire 0.8 mm - 290-490 N / mm 2 .
- knitting galvanized wire 0.8 mm - 340 - 540 N / mm 2 .
- thermally untreated wire 690 - 1270 N / mm 2 .
Supplied in skeins.
The skeins weigh 15-20 kg.
Wire OK 0.8 mm annealed and untreated is supplied in coils weighing up to 100 kg. Coils are packed in polyethylene or oiled paper.
Application of low carbon wire 0.8mm:
- mesh production;
- linking details.
8. Wire OK diameter 0.9 mm.
Diameter tolerance is not more than 0.05 mm.
Wire OK 0.9 mm may or may not be heat treated.
Knitting wire can also be coated with zinc. In the case of galvanizing, zinc density 0.9 mm is not less than 35 g/m 2 .
Zinc coating prolongs the service life, due to the fact that the zinc on the surface resists corrosion, and the wire does not rust or break.
Temporary tensile strength of the binding wire 0.9 mm - 290-490 N / mm 2 . But galvanized wire OK 0.9 mm - 340-540 N / mm 2 .
Tear resistance of unannealed wire with a diameter of 0.9 mm - 690-1270 N / mm 2 .
Elongation of knitting wire 0.9 mm, not less than 15%.
It is used for linking, as well as for the manufacture of metal meshes.
Deliveries are carried out in coils:
- weight of a coil of wire annealed and unannealed up to 100 kg;
- a coil of galvanized wire weighs 15-20 kg.
Coils are packed in paper and polyethylene.

9. Wire diameter 1.0mm
Diameter tolerance is not more than 0.05 mm.
Temporary tensile strength of unannealed wire 1.0 mm - 590-1270 N / mm 2 .
The tensile strength of this knitting wire is 290-490 N / mm 2 , galvanized - 340-540 N / mm 2 .
Wire elongation of 1.0 mm under the action of temperature - not less than 15%.
The density of zinc on the surface is from 35 g/m 2 .
The application is quite wide - this is the binding of various parts, and the production of nails, hanging hops, making metal meshes, etc.
Non-galvanized wire 1.0 mm is supplied in coils weighing 80-120 kg. The mass of coils of galvanized wire is 15-20 kg. Coils are packed in paper or polyethylene.
10. Wire diameter 1.2mm
Metal nets, nails are made from 1.2 mm wire, and are also used for tying parts.
Wire OK 1.2 mm can be heat treated or untreated.
Wire 1.2 mm can also be galvanized. The density of zinc must be at least 40 g/m 2 . Zinc coated both annealed and non-annealed wire.
Production is underway.
The maximum deviation in diameter should be no more than 0.06 mm.
The tensile strength of 1.2 mm wire depends on the processing method and on the coating:
- for unannealed wire - 590-1270 N / mm 2 .
- for knitting wire - 290-490 N / mm 2 ,

Elongation of the binding wire is at least 15%, annealed galvanized - 12%.

11. Low-carbon wire diameter 1.4 mm.
Can be unannealed and knitted, as well as zinc coated.
The density of zinc on the surface is not less than 50 g/m 2 .
Diameter tolerance 1.4 mm no more than 0.06 mm.
Mechanical properties:
- relative to the wire elongation of 1.4 mm when heated - at least 15% for non-galvanized wire and 12% for galvanized wire.
- tensile strength:
- thermally untreated - 590-1180 N / mm 2 ;
- knitting wire - 290-490 N / mm 2 ,
- knitting galvanized wire - 340-540 N / mm 2 .
It is used for binding, production of nails, metal mesh, barbed wire.
Supplied in skeins of 80-120 kg.
Galvanized wire is packed in a "Sandwich" weighing 80 kg, packaged in coils of the "Rosetta" type up to 600 kg.
12. Wire diameter 1.6mm
We sell wire 1.6 mm non-annealed and annealed, galvanized and non-galvanized.
The density of zinc is not less than 50 g/m 2 .
Diameter tolerance is not more than 0.1 mm.
Tensile strength depends on the processing and coating method:
- thermally untreated OK 1.6 mm - 590-1180 g / m 2 .
- knitting wire non-galvanized 290-490 N / mm 2 , galvanized - 340-540 N / mm 2 .
Under the influence of temperature, non-galvanized wire can lengthen by at least 15%, galvanized - 12%.

13. Wire diameter 1.7mm

16. Wire diameter 2.0 mm.
In accordance with GOST, the maximum diameter tolerance is 0.1 mm.

Both knitting and untreated wire can be coated with zinc.

The relative elongation of the annealed wire is 2.2 mm under the influence of temperature - 15%, heat-treated galvanized wire - 12%.
18. Wire diameter 2.5 mm.
Properties:

- zinc density - not less than 60 g / m 2 .

It is applied for:

19. Wire diameter 2.8 mm
The application is quite wide:

20. Wire diameter 3.0 mm
it is used to create tapestries in the orchard, for the production of metal meshes, for linking.
Wire OK 3.0 mm may or may not be heat treated.
The wire can be coated with zinc to extend its service life.
In the case of galvanizing, the specific density of zinc on the surface of the wire must be at least 70 g/m 2 .

21. Wire diameter 3.5 mm.
The maximum deviation in wire diameter is 3.5 mm - 0.12 mm.
Types of low-carbon wire 3.5 mm:

The density of zinc on a wire of 3.5 mm is not less than 70 g/m 2 .
Wire tear resistance OK 3.5mm:

22. Wire diameter 4.0 mm.
Knitting wire 4.0 mm under the influence of temperature can be extended by 20% (non-galvanized), 18% - annealed in zinc coating.
4.0 mm wire is used for binding, production of metal meshes.
The wire 4.0 mm is packed in coils of the "Rosetta" type of 500 - 850 kg, coils of 1000 kg, coils of 80-120 kg.
23. Wire diameter 4.5 mm
We sell low-carbon wire 4.5 mm , thermally untreated and galvanized. Made according to GOST 3282-74.
The maximum tolerance for wire diameter OK 4.5 mm is not more than 0.16 mm in accordance with GOST 3282-74.
Tensile strength of wire OK 4.5 mm unannealed - 390-830 N / mm 2 , heat-treated - 290-490 N / mm 2 , annealed galvanized - 340-540 N / mm 2 .
Relative elongation of wire approx. 4.5 mm is not less than 20%, heat-treated and galvanized wire is not less than 18%.
4.5 mm wire is used for tying, production of metal mesh, etc.
Packed in 500-850 kg skeins of the Rosetta type, and in 1000 kg coils, 80-120 kg skeins.
24. Wire diameter 5 - 6 mm
The tolerance for OK wire with a diameter of 5-6 mm is not more than 0.16 mm.
Tensile strength of unannealed wire - 390-830 N / mm 2 , annealed - 290-490 N / mm 2 , heat-treated galvanized - 340-540 N / mm 2 .
Relative elongation of wire OK 4.5 mm is not less than 20%, heat-treated and galvanized wire is not less than 18%.
Types of wire OK 5-6 mm:
- unannealed wire - 5-6 mm;
- wire OK 5 mm unannealed galvanized.
